Overview
The YTK 40150 and 80210 models are designed to sandblast and achieve the desired surface roughness (Ra) for smooth rolls, including flour milling rolls and flaker rolls. These machines feature a dust-free environment thanks to a sand recycling system and vacuum suction with filter, protecting operators from exposure to abrasive materials.
The blower system minimizes health risks, while most of the abrasive material is recycled into a back-sand tank, reducing air contamination. The PLC-controlled system ensures a homogeneous surface roughness, with adjustable roll rotational speed and nozzle linear speed to achieve the desired finish efficiently.
